Commercial Garage Door Repair in Denver

A commercial door that will not open stops deliveries, traps inventory and leaves a bay unsecured. G Brothers repairs commercial overhead doors, rolling steel doors and commercial operators in Denver and across the metro, around the clock. Our average response is about an hour and a half, with common parts already on the truck.

What this service covers

Real work by background-checked local technicians, quoted at a flat rate you approve before anything begins.

  • Springs and cables

Broken torsion springs, frayed lift cables and worn drums on sectional and rolling steel doors, including high-cycle springs for doors that run all day.

  • Track, rollers and sections

Bent track, worn rollers and damaged sections on commercial overhead doors, straightened, replaced or matched.

  • Rolling steel curtains

Slats, bottom bars, guides and barrels on roll up doors that bind, jam or will not stay closed.

  • Commercial door openers and operators

Jackshaft, trolley and hoist operators on any brand, plus the photo-eyes, safety edges and wall stations around them.

  • Fire-rated rolling doors

Service and repair on the curtain, barrel and bottom bar of fire-rated rolling doors.

Signs your commercial door needs repair

  • The door is stuck open or closed and the bay is out of use.

  • A loud bang, then the door will not lift. That is usually a broken spring.

  • The door opens partway, reverses, or the operator hums and does nothing.

  • The curtain or sections bind, rub or come out of the guides or track.

  • A forklift or truck has hit the door, the track or the guides.

  • The door is slow, loud or shakes, and it runs dozens of times a day.

Commercial door types we repair

  • Sectional overhead doors. Steel and insulated doors on warehouses, shops and service bays, on standard, high lift and low headroom track.

  • Rolling steel doors. Roll up doors with a coiling slat curtain on storefronts, warehouses and docks.

  • High-cycle doors. Doors that run all shift, where the spring rating and the maintenance schedule decide how long they last.

  • Fire-rated rolling doors. Curtain, barrel and bottom bar service and repair.

  • Loading dock doors. The sectional and rolling doors at your dock positions.

Emergency commercial door repair

We dispatch 24/7 for commercial doors that are stuck, unsafe or will not lock. When you call, tell us the door type, its size and what happened just before it stopped, so the technician arrives with the right parts. Keep staff and vehicles out from under a door that is hanging crooked or stuck partway, and do not try to force it or adjust the springs. Commercial springs hold enough tension to injure someone.

How it works

  2. 2

    On-site diagnosis and flat quote

Your technician finds the real cause and gives you one flat price to approve before any work begins.

  3. 3

    Fixed, cycled and tested

We complete the work, balance the door, test the operator and safety devices, and run the door through full cycles before we leave.

After putting off a broken garage spring for over a year, I finally called G Brothers Garage Doors. I only wish I had done it sooner. I found them on social media and got an immediate response. Scheduling was easy, and Boddrick showed up exactly when he said he would at 8:45 AM. He took one look at the issue and confidently said he could fix it and had the springs in the truck. He replaced both springs quickly for the exact quoted price with no surprises. While testing the door, he noticed noise in the rails and took the time to tune everything up as well. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. The kind of service that is hard to find these days. If you need garage door work done right the first time, call G Brothers. No question. Highly Recommend!

G Brothers came to check out our garage door issue within a half an hour of calling them. They turned around a quote within that same day and I was able to schedule my garage door opener replacement within 48 hours. This was much faster than I expected (my issue wasn’t an emergency). The garage door works much better now than I knew it could (older garage door). I highly recommend working with G Brothers! And will certainly be going back to them with any future garage door needs.

I highly recommend this company. They did a great job! I needed a new 2-door and single door garage door and they came the very next day, did a great job, and were the best experience. I've had at least 3 companies come out and do work on my garage doors over the past 10 years and wouldn't use any of them again. I will be using G Brothers again and again, they did great work at the price they quoted. They were on time, did the work quickly, and it looks and works great!

So grateful for these guys, they helped me out so quickly and at a great price! When my old door jammed up and got crunched they were the only ones who could within a day fix it and they work so fast it only took them an hour and a half to install a completely new door and springs, great work ethic and super nice guys! Other companies told me it would be weeks till they could get a new door and wanted to charge me thousands more, I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!
