Commercial Garage Door Maintenance Plans

The cheapest commercial door repair is the one that never happens in the middle of a shift. G Brothers sets up scheduled maintenance for commercial doors across the Denver metro, from a single shop door to every door on a multi-property account.

What this service covers

Real work by background-checked local technicians, quoted at a flat rate you approve before anything begins.

  • Counterbalance

Springs, cables and drums inspected and adjusted, with worn springs flagged before they break.

  • Moving parts

Rollers, hinges, bearings and track lubricated, tightened and aligned.

  • Rolling doors

The curtain, guides, barrel and bottom bar checked on roll up doors.

  • Operators and safety devices

Limits, force, photo-eyes and safety edges tested, so the door stops and reverses when it should.

  • Repairs quoted first

Anything that needs repair is quoted flat before we do it.

Why plan maintenance on commercial doors

  • Doors that cycle all day wear springs and rollers far faster than a home door.

  • A door that fails mid-shift costs more than the visit that would have caught it.

  • Worn parts found early are often a small repair. Found late, they take the door out of service.

  • Tested safety devices protect the staff and vehicles that pass under the door.

One door or many properties

We set the visit schedule by how hard each door works. A busy dock door needs more visits than a shop door that opens twice a day. Property managers with several buildings can put every door on one account, with a certificate of insurance usually sent within 24 hours.

Commercial maintenance questions

  • How often should a commercial garage door be serviced? It depends on how many times a day it runs. A light-use shop door may need a visit or two a year, while busy dock and high-cycle doors need more. We set the schedule from how your doors are used.

  • What should a commercial garage door be lubricated with? A lubricant made for garage door hinges, rollers, bearings and springs, not a degreaser. Tracks and guides should be kept clean rather than greased. On a maintenance visit we do this for you.

  • Do you handle both residential and commercial garage doors? Yes. We service residential garage doors too, so one call covers your home and your business.

  • Is a maintenance plan worth it for one door? For a door the business depends on every day, usually yes. One unplanned shutdown can cost more than a year of planned visits.

How it works

  1. 1

    Call or book online

Tell us how many doors you have, what types they are and how often each one runs.

  2. 2

    First visit and schedule

We inspect every door, fix nothing without your approval, and set a visit schedule that fits how the doors are used.

  3. 3

    Visits on schedule

Each visit checks, adjusts and tests the doors, and flags worn parts before they fail.

After putting off a broken garage spring for over a year, I finally called G Brothers Garage Doors. I only wish I had done it sooner. I found them on social media and got an immediate response. Scheduling was easy, and Boddrick showed up exactly when he said he would at 8:45 AM. He took one look at the issue and confidently said he could fix it and had the springs in the truck. He replaced both springs quickly for the exact quoted price with no surprises. While testing the door, he noticed noise in the rails and took the time to tune everything up as well. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. The kind of service that is hard to find these days. If you need garage door work done right the first time, call G Brothers. No question. Highly Recommend!

G Brothers came to check out our garage door issue within a half an hour of calling them. They turned around a quote within that same day and I was able to schedule my garage door opener replacement within 48 hours. This was much faster than I expected (my issue wasn’t an emergency). The garage door works much better now than I knew it could (older garage door). I highly recommend working with G Brothers! And will certainly be going back to them with any future garage door needs.

I highly recommend this company. They did a great job! I needed a new 2-door and single door garage door and they came the very next day, did a great job, and were the best experience. I've had at least 3 companies come out and do work on my garage doors over the past 10 years and wouldn't use any of them again. I will be using G Brothers again and again, they did great work at the price they quoted. They were on time, did the work quickly, and it looks and works great!

So grateful for these guys, they helped me out so quickly and at a great price! When my old door jammed up and got crunched they were the only ones who could within a day fix it and they work so fast it only took them an hour and a half to install a completely new door and springs, great work ethic and super nice guys! Other companies told me it would be weeks till they could get a new door and wanted to charge me thousands more, I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!
