Is this what you're seeing?
The overhead door at your shop, warehouse or small commercial space is worn out or damaged.
You need a size beyond a home door, such as 10 feet wide and 14 feet tall.
You want an insulated door for a heated bay or shop.
The opening is in a block wall and may need framing.
What's going on
Commercial doors are built for heavier daily use: more cycles, heavier sections and larger openings. See commercial vs residential garage doors and commercial overhead doors.
Our commercial installs include sectional overhead doors in sizes like 10x10, 12x14 and 14x14, steel and insulated, and some rolling steel doors. The opening matters as much as the door: a block wall may need to be cut and framed, and headroom decides the track.
Doors that cycle all day wear springs faster, so the spring rating is part of the choice. See high-cycle springs.
What to do right now
Do
Measure the width and height of the opening and the headroom above it.
Note the type of wall around the opening: block, framed or steel.
Tell us how many times a day the door runs and whether the bay is heated.
Don't
Don’t order a home-grade door for a door that runs all day.
Don’t ignore the opening. A cut-out or reframe affects how the door is installed.

Repair or replace?
Some commercial visits end in a repair. If the door is sound and the springs, cables or a section are the problem, a repair may be enough. We will tell you on site.
